Learn More About Lee Holden

Here’s Lee Holden’s story… and how he discovered the healing power of Qi Gong after a horrible accident that nearly crippled him.

During his vibrant youth Lee was nearly crippled by a rival soccer player. He was slide-tackled from behind and crashed onto his tailbone, hard.

The team’s physical therapist and doctors couldn’t do anything to heal him.

At the end of his rope, Lee remembered an old martial arts teacher he had seen break through a massive stack of red bricks with his bare hands.

He remembered the teacher saying he used the power of “Qi” (pronounced “Chee”) to break the bricks. Which made Lee wonder, “Could that same energy be applied to healing?”

So Lee reached out to the teacher and made his healing request.

After just one session with the old martial artist, Lee was not only able to walk again, he felt 75% healed.

The teacher gave Lee a few simple exercises to do every day. Of course, his teammates thought he looked ridiculous. They teased him as he did his strange exercises.

But their teasing quickly turned into amazement after they saw how quickly he healed.

It was in that moment that Lee knew he had to learn the secrets of traditional Eastern Medicine so that he could share them with the Western world.

As soon as he graduated from college, he started traveling throughout Asia to study with the masters. He spent months in deep meditation and intensive practice.

He knew that if he could master the healing arts of the East, he could help the people Western medicine had given up on.

But he was just some white kid from California.

Even his masters were skeptical this “white kid from California” could master the ancient healing arts. Oftentimes, these masters wouldn’t take him seriously or show him the true practices.

So they scrutinized his every movement. They searched for the flaws in his routines. They would correct each and every detail of his practice until it was perfect and then say, “You only need to do this 1,000 times more.”

Perhaps they knew, and perhaps they didn’t, but through their scrutiny the teachers gave Lee a blessing.

Because Lee realized there was no WAY people in the Western world would accept the kind of all-out training he was in. It was this realization that forced him to create a whole new style of Qi Gong more accessible to the West.

He pared down each of the practices to their very essence.

Each teaching he received, he translated into its most fundamental elements. This way, just about anyone who tried the exercises would get the benefit and understand the power of Qi.

And he took those teachings and turned them into his own unique style of Qi Gong.
